I have been a customs for Fab india since very long, may be from 2009 or so when Hyderabad had only one store. One interesting factor about Fab is the interaction with the staff and managers while our better halves engage in shopping. I have met a lot many managers and seen so many changes in Fab. But the experience is as fresh as I had when I have the first time. And continuing the stellar tradition of hospitality, Archana, Manager Fab india, Banjara Hills Road No 12, is a star of a manager. The kind of attention she gives to each and every person who steps foot in that store is just spellbinding. That she does without making the customer overwhelmed is another feather to her cap. This store is one of the best across Hyderabad as per my experience (and believe me I go to quite a few stores ritually). You have the finest material available and in case something is missing and not immediately available, trust Archana to view her magic and get it from some corner of India. You just need to say the word to her. And it’s not only her. She is perfect example of managerial shadow. And you can see the entire staff at the store very attentive and address all concerns and queries with ease and urgency. So those who all relish Fab india, do drop in here once. Experience the Fab hospitality at its best……Archana and Team, keep rocking and keep the magic happening.
