The material or the product yet the staff are quite cold when asked for assistance. Online store has not been quite updated when it comes to returns nor the physical shop has any clue to guide for the same.

My wife (not Indian) and I just needed to buy some casual wear, and the majority of other stores were mainly offering designer type wear. FabIndia is where we struck gold.
The amount of clothes, the type of clothes, the service (and suggestions) offered, and most of all the pricing of all options were just what we were looking for.
