Visited the Titan showroom today and unfortunately, the staff seemed unaware of ongoing discounts. My queries regarding specific models were met with a noticeable lack of knowledge and a general sense of negligence. While the technical support team who assisted with a battery replacement were excellent and efficient, the overall sales experience left me quite unsatisfied due to the staff's lack of information and engagement.

Professionally run store, staff here assist with free of charge services for fixing chain links for your Titan watches. Per store policy they won't work on other brand watches.
Car parking in the complex is good, the store carries a good collection of Titan watches.
