this Titan showroom has nice collection of titan watches, sunglasses and other titan accessories...they also has Fastrack watch collection... location is nice...beside GT road...they have parking space...they accept credit and debit cards...

Had a great experience at Titan World Uttarpara. I went there for getting a watch serviced and they were quick enough to help. Purchased another one and they were kind enough to give me discount and a gift with the purchase. Good collection as per the place they are in with properly maintained store and great staff to help the customers. Not tough to locate, enough parking space just outside the showroom.

Had a great experience there, bought 3 watches for my family.
Experience was fine. Few months back, I went there to repair an old watch of mine which was very close to me.
The technician there told me that the watch is not repairable.
Then, Sharmistha di guided me to get the watch to Sinthi more store room, there the watch was easily repairble. Glad the have my watch back. But the hassle was unnecessary; it could have been easily repaired in the Uttarpara store itself but the technician there wanted me to sell the watch and buy a new one instead. That was not acceptable.

I purchased a Fastrack watch on 4th Jan 2025 and noticed the warranty card had the wrong date (4th Jan 2024), later. The store asked me to bring it back for correction, only to overwrite the date manually—something I could’ve done myself. This wasted an hour of my time and reflected a lack of accountability. What started as a pleasant experience turned into disappointment. I hope the store handles customer concerns more seriously in the future.
