My wife and me are a regular customer of fabindia. The overall shopping experience is good. customer service is reasonbly good and products also. One thing I already informed the store staff is that of the security's attitude. I always face same issue, both of them are behaving like Govt. employees. One is always sleeping. The other one is always in the phone or somewhere else. They are not doing what they suppose to do. Take it as a feedback for the betterment of your enterprise.

Exotic collection and customer friendly outfits and articles, are the hallmark of this retail store in kowdiar. Clothing options for comfortable wear and personalised gift options are other aspects. Crockeries, bedspreads, shawls, organic-homemade products, party-function wear+accessories and more so can be found in this 3 flooried store located in a small space. Staff are customer friendly. The prices for daily and routine wear are high, but the quality is good enough to take you through diverse times for a little longer time before the wear and tear starts. Parking space is less and wide collections are not available. Limited, high quality, choice-based products are attractive options of the store.

The sales associate, was incredibly helpful, finding me a pair of Shirts that fit perfectly & offering her perfect opinion. Nice experience. Very well maintained outlet. One star cut off because of the security person who is showing so much attitude to all the customers. Not ready to help with parking, not ready to open doors for elderly people. As he is the welcoming face of the shop, he should be trained. All the other staffs are really attentive and truly courteous.
