This store is located in a standalone building with plenty of parking space. The home category, including furniture, is also impressive. It’s an ideal place for family shopping or thoughtful gifting.

Buying in-store at Fabindia Vasant Kunj is always a far better experience than shopping online on the Fabindia website. The collection at this store is huge and amazing, a lot to choose from, and the staff are extremely friendly, polite, and professional, always ready to help. Highly recommended.
In contrast, the online service is extremely disappointing. The returns and refund process is painfully slow and poorly managed, and the customer service team shows little regard for treating customers well.
I truly hope the management takes this feedback seriously and works on improving their online service, especially the refund process and the attitude of customer service executives, which currently make for a horrible experience.
