Very bad customer service, I was in store and got a dress which they said no returns. But after billing right in front of them we found the item was defective and the store personnel refused to take it back saying no returns on sale items. But this was damaged and we unnecessarily got some other items to match the price. Big waste. Either change ur discount policy or stock up the store with more dresses and options to choose. Been buying in fab india for past 25 years. This is the worst it can get anytime

For people who want to return or exchange clothes brought from other branches : This isn't a direct fabindia store but a franchisee. The collections etc are same, but writing this review for people who wants to exchange clothes brought from other fabindia branches or so. Ask for cloth tags l even if someone gifts you. Otherwise no exchange possible. This review is just for others to avoid travelling all the way like we did.

Visited this place on Sunday. Very calm and good ambience. The shop is stacked neatly with all things on one floor unlike other branches. Great customer service. The 2 staff members I met there were eager to help us. Planning to visit as often as possible to get dresses and other accessories. One of must visit places in velachery. All were fantastic except the lift which I felt slightly flimsy. It's only my opinion but others may have a different opinion. Otherwise I will recommend it as a great place to shop rather than travelling to another branch in Phoenix.
