During our holiday in India, my family and I visited Fabindia at Phoenix Mall on the 17th. Unfortunately, my mom misplaced her phone while we were there, so we returned the next day to check with the lost & found. The staff members on duty both days provided exceptional customer service and were incredibly helpful. Not only were we relieved to find the phone, but we were also genuinely impressed by their kindness and willingness to go above and beyond to assist us.
