It was a pleasent experience shopping with fab India Pondy Bazzar .. the staff Ram was very helpful. We forget our tops that has been bought but they managed to courier to us .Really Appreciate the hard work .

I was in Chennai Pondy Bazzar branch on 29 June 25. We purchased two lady’s Kurtis , one ladies top, pant and shawl , with a men’s top and pants. We paid in cash .
I have always patronised Fabindia clothings. My recent buy on the lady’s Kurti was quite disappointing as the colour of was running, in the sense the colour could be seen in my hands and nails.
I have never experienced any issues in my previous purchases with branches at Chennai, Trivandrum and other locations.

The experience at this Fabindia store isn’t just about the ambience—it’s about the genuine care from the staff. I visited yesterday looking for a kurta but couldn’t find a comfortable fit. That’s when I met Arun, the salesperson, who truly made the visit memorable.
What really impressed me was that Arun wasn’t trying to push a sale. Instead, he was genuinely interested in understanding my needs and explaining how Fabindia categorizes their clothing. I was curious, and he patiently shared insights that helped me understand the brand better. He even helped me connect with other branches to find the size I was looking for.
He didn’t want to sell me something—I felt like he wanted to solve my problem. That sincerity really touched me. No faking, just honest, thoughtful service.
Kudos to Fabindia for having someone like Arun on your team—he’s a true asset!
