The experience at this Fabindia store isn’t just about the ambience—it’s about the genuine care from the staff. I visited yesterday looking for a kurta but couldn’t find a comfortable fit. That’s when I met Arun, the salesperson, who truly made the visit memorable.
What really impressed me was that Arun wasn’t trying to push a sale. Instead, he was genuinely interested in understanding my needs and explaining how Fabindia categorizes their clothing. I was curious, and he patiently shared insights that helped me understand the brand better. He even helped me connect with other branches to find the size I was looking for.
He didn’t want to sell me something—I felt like he wanted to solve my problem. That sincerity really touched me. No faking, just honest, thoughtful service.
Kudos to Fabindia for having someone like Arun on your team—he’s a true asset!

Their style or arranging their collection was so impressive....as a quick shopper I loved to shop from there. The cloths are already curated and arranged nicely to make men's shopping even more quicker...Only issue was they had few damaged pieces on display... Which could have been avoided.

Fab India is fantastic and stocks extremely nice garments. The staff were not very helpful and came across a little rude. It's particularly rude to talk about us in Tamil, assuming we cannot understand as we are white.
Overall a nice shop.
