We had an incredible shopping experience at the Fabindia Experience Center (Whitefield). What started as a simple trip for my father’s traditional wear turned into a full family shopping spree for my mother, my wife, and myself—resulting in a massive purchase.
The soul of our experience was a staff member named Suguna. She is a true asset to the Fabindia brand. Despite the mountain of clothes we pulled out to try across different sizes and colors, her patience never wavered. With a huge smile, she kept telling us, "Sir, no worries, I will handle it."
• She fluently speaks 4-5 languages, making every customer feel comfortable and at home.
• When I couldn't find a Black Pathani-style kurta, she went the extra mile to assist with a customisation order for home delivery.
• Her polite nature and expert selling skills turned a chore into a delightful family memory.
