We visited for an upcoming wedding. We needed to purchase in bulk from the men’s section. The mens section is poorly organised and the staff seems clueless not knowing how to help. Just when we were stepping out, the Manager, Sam Singh asked if we needed help and we expressed our disappointment..
He immediately dedicated his time to help us pick up the best combinations within budget.
He knows what a customer wants, has a good taste and knows exactly how to drive business.
Staff definitely needs a lot of training to help customers.

They sold an oil that was manufactured 2 years back and has only 2 months left for expiry. Given that this oil bottle will last easily for more than a year, this cannot be used. The store however agreed to take the product back and issue a store credit. Reducing 2 stars for selling products nearing expiry and the difficulty in returning it.

For guys coming from Europe, they have the best scarves, great options for Indian weddings, they don't have Fab Cafe like Mumbai, all their products are best in class. Maximum 5 cars can be parked in the building, restrooms are neat.
