I recently traveled with Indigo and had an experience that touched me deeply. At Bangalore Airport (Terminal 1), I was struggling to walk due to severe knee pain. Though I had not pre-booked a wheelchair, the staff noticed my difficulty and gently guided me to the row of seats reserved for physically challenged passengers. Soon after, they arranged a wheelchair, helped me and my son with check-in at the counter, and ensured the process was smooth and stress-free.
Their care extended beyond just check-in. During luggage scanning, I had mistakenly packed my travel charger in my checked baggage. The staff promptly alerted me, reopened the luggage, and returned the charger for scanning a small but very thoughtful gesture that showed their attention to detail.
Onboard, the inflight crew were exceptionally kind and attentive. After landing in Mangalore, I was once again provided with a wheelchair facility. From inside the flight until I was safely seated in my car, the staff personally assisted me, never leaving my side until I was completely comfortable. Their compassion and patience moved me so much that tears rolled down my cheeks whether from happiness, gratitude, or emotions beyond words, I cannot say.
I bow in thanks to Indigo’s ground staff and crew for their extraordinary service. From the core of my heart, I pray for their good health and prosperity. This experience reminded me that divinity often works through people — and that day, I truly felt the blessings through the kindness of the Indigo family🙏🙏
