I recently had an incredible shopping experience at this shop. The customer service was top-notch , and especially Mr. Jeevan who patiently assisted us during the purchase. The shop has an amazing collection of Kurthis.

There are very nice clothes here, but they didn't have all the sizes which was annoying. The worst but was how pushy the staff were, they would follow you around the shop and not let you browse in peace. I actually was about to purchase something but decided to leave as they became more and more pushy and raising their voices for my to try different clothes on that I didn't even like. When I made a suggestion that I wanted to leave they said "NO" and tried to make me try on more sizes. In the end I just walked out quickly. Some advice for your staff: If the product is good it will sell itself, and not need a hovering shopkeepers forcing you to buy them. Hassling your clients will only lose you sales!

A decent store right at the heart of mullackal. The only problem they have is size options. You pick a dress of your liking try it and ask for a higher size, only ending up in disappointment because they don't have all the sizes. They either have an 'l' or an 's' or 'xs' of a single shirt or kurta.
Parking space is less and also shared with other two brands on the same building.
Customer service was great..i really appreciated their gesture in making us comfortable.
The cloths are good too.
