Everything was fine only your bathroom was closed. I was told it's not working. After doing the shopping I had to go to BIKANER WALA adjoining your store to use their washroom.

This location has an excellent range of products, from clothes and home goods to personal care and specialty foods, and I highly recommend stopping by if you're looking for gifts for others or yourself.
But I'm taking the time to write a review because of the effort the staff made to fix an issue I had with a purchase. I thought I bought a set of 4 cups and saucers, but I took the box under the display set without checking/asking if all four were in the box. I got back to my hotel and realized the display set was part of the full set, so I only had three cups/saucers.
I was fully prepared to accept that I had a set of three and a funny story, but I thought I might as well try calling the store, even though it was a bit after closing, because they might still be there closing up and let me come get the missing pieces since I was a ten minute walk away. And if they didn't answer, hey, I tried, and I still had three lovely cups and saucers.
Shiv not only answered, but confirmed I was missing part of the set, and Asim delivered the missing pieces to my hotel that night. I really appreciate that they made the extra effort, especially because I was leaving Delhi early the next day. Thank you both again!
