Very low and poor on gifting and packaging material. Had to go to different store to get the stuff packed. Very poor experience for gifting.

It's a wonderful store but I'm very disappointed with the customer service. We were at the store today in the evening and the whole team was busy unpacking stuff that they were receiving at the store. From the store manager to all sales people everyone was unpacking and labeling or whatever ! We were trying to find stuff on our own and literally had to request a number of times to get attention from any sales person ! All this was happening around 6.30 pm which is supposedly the high sale time ! The same activity could have been / should have been done post closure of the store . Guess they need to care more for their customers !
