Fabindia Ashok Nagar is one of the best places in Chennai to shop for quality ethnic wear. I visited around 4:30 pm looking for ethnic wear for a special occasion and was impressed by the wide collection of ethnic and western clothing for men, women, and kids. The store also carries a small but thoughtful range of food items and accessories. The staff were polite and professional, with Miss.Abhirami providing excellent service. Since I was the only customer, the shopping experience was calm and stress-free. Parking is limited to about three cars, and the store is not wheelchair accessible as there’s no ramp.
Overall, Fabindia Ashok Nagar is highly recommended for anyone seeking premium ethnic clothing in Chennai and a peaceful shopping experience.

Visited this outlet yesterday to buy some 6 kurtis for my team members in the US. Met Mr. Anees who was very polite and showed us all the varieties per our budget and requirements. He inspired us to buy Kurthas as well for our male team members and we said our requirement is about 25+ and we need same variety and price for all of them. Anees took this as a challenge and coordinate d with all outlets to get the same product including colour. And he made sure all of them are gift wrapped and delivered all of them next day afternoon as promised.
Very thankful to Anees who made my job easier as I had only one day left for my travel. I'm more than satisfied and grateful for Neesh for his excellent customer care, commitment and passion!!

Though it wasn’t available in-store, the executive, Mr. Anees, was extremely helpful. He patiently guided me through various options, understood my exact requirement, and even took my contact details, promising to share any relevant options.
To my surprise, I received a WhatsApp message shortly after, with images of garments that matched my preferences and price range. When I inquired about availability, he promptly arranged for the item from the warehouse to reach within 45 minutes and called me to collect it before I left the area.
Anees was professional, proactive, and truly dedicated to customer service. Thanks to his efforts, I am heading home with the perfect birthday gift for my wife. Highly appreciate the excellent support and highly recommend this store!
