Fabindia Experience Center Reviews in Alwarpet, chennai
Fabindia Reviews
Very good ambience and variety of collections. calm place
Good collection, friendly staff
I’m feeling delighted and deeply moved by the care and concern Ms. Priya from Fabindia Alwarpet has been giving to us. I love Fabindia products but after missing Ms.Pramila in covid no one could give even a basic service or reply promptly for a query. I see Pramila extending her client service as and via Priya now. Cheers to such responsible souls. Cheers to Fabindia for recruiting such talented and heart at the right place people. Also a request to Fabindia to groom other staffs like this.
Amazing space and collection
Was served by the most helpful team member Prabha of the alwarpet store. She was patient from the beginning and helped us immensely making our shopping experience wonderful.
Some try different cloth wear vome here too take the clothes excellent customer service also
I was at Fab India Alwarpet. Had the most disappointing experience. The clothes are stacked like in a household wardrobe underneath the bench. Each one you pull out from the jumbled mess will hit you for average Rs 4400 with duppattas for those sets costing anywhere between Rs 3000 to Rs 8000. But no care about displaying those items in a manner attractive to the customer who will take pride in wearing it! Totally disappointed. I have always been a fan of Fab India but today I am not!
Being the experience center, this location has wide selections of clothing. I get cotton comfort fit from fab India usually.
Very well done up with a great range of products. Prices - the inflated NRI rates.
Clothes- considering the prices you pay, quality iffy, depending on what you buy. Silks that are expensive last compared to the cottons that get shabby with one stint in the washing machine.
Good pottery and table ware, serve water and artifacts
Perfumes are very good 👍🏽- Check out their Sandalwood and also the Oudh scents
I recenrly visited the store in Alwarpet, over all the store was really good and staff nice, got parking that was a relief. But had one very sour note to share and that is with the footwear I purchased, it is for a wedding and went well with the Kurta that I had also bought, while paying the bill I was told that footwear there is no exchange and little did I realise that a day later the stitches would come out, the inner pasting came out, the buckle strap portion fell off. The product was priced at 2999, why would such a reputed brand even keep such substandard products and then tell customers these cannot be exchanged. Why spoil the reputation built over so many years if the product was so bad just don't keep it, or have the process of accepting returns for such poor quality products. I felt cheated for the first time at Fab India and hence when I thought of picking up one more set of clothes the next week of a similar nature I opted for another brand and store. While I really do like their products the fact that this one very poor experience and the aspect of not allowing a replacement of a defective product to be replaced has changed my opinion and may be won't ever pick such a product from Fab India.
