Although titan glasses team's service is amazing. But the experience with wrist watch guys was absolutely unwelcoming. I went to the store to get my lens corrected, I went to the store & submitted it peacefully. And it was received, fixed and handed over to me pleasantly as well. But during both of the visits I was looking out for watch collection as well & interested in buying the same, but the sales persons didn't even cared to show me a single watch even despite of me asking to show me 2 of the watches I liked. I tried again on the next visit, ignoring the first incident, again only one watch was shown and then the sales person went away. Seems like only family people get entertained for the watch sales there. I never like altercations so went away too. Nonetheless all should be treated equally.. PS: I could have even purchased a 5-6 figure watch easily but they lost their customer with such service. Both the days were sunday, evening time with no rush. 🕊️

I wanted to get a specific watch for her birthday by the next day but it was taking much longer online so I called them and they put my order on priority. the watch arrived by the next evening. Special thanks to Pawan and the staff who kept the store open for an extra hour till 10pm just for me. Truly amazing service by them. and yes, she absolutely loved the watch ❤️
