I've been purchasing watches from this particular store for many years for my family and for gift purposes. I have had a good experience till now, the staff are helpful and polite and they try to understand you and help accordingly. I've made exchanges as well in the past from here. I hope for the same pleasant visit and experience in the future too. Sorry for not adding any photos. Last but not the least, I was really excited to see they have added the Citizen watches collection in their store in my last visit 2 days ago.

The watch collection at Titan World (Behala) is good, but the post-sales service is disappointing. I bought a Titan watch, and after a few months of use, the strap tore. Unfortunately, they didn’t exchange the strap under the warranty period. This was quite disappointing, as I expected better service from a brand like Titan.
