I visited the store and initially asked for a sporty Sonata watch. The staff at the counter said they didn’t have any in stock. When I asked again about any sporty models in general, I got the same response. Only after insisting to take a look did I get shown upstairs, where I found plenty of sporty options and eventually bought a Fastrack watch.

A little more product knowledge, effort, and enthusiasm from the staff would make the experience much better. Customers may or may not buy, but they should at least be shown what’s available.
