Absolutely fabulous experience with Ruchika and Sohail at the Jaipur Malviya Nagar store, who went above and beyond their regular duty to make this a memorable experience for me.
I am visiting Jaipur from Mumbai to attend a puja on 27 Nov 23. At about 10.30pm on the night of 26th (yesterday) I realized I haven't packed Indian attire. In desperation I called the store and the call was forwarded to Ruchika's mobile. Despite the late hour, she was super courteous and listened patiently to my predicament. After inquiring the location and time of the puja today, she offered to open the store at 10am (1hr before regular time) and reassured me that her team member Sohail would be present. When I reached the store at 10am, I found a very helpful and friendly Sohail absolutely ready to help me.
I must complement the solution-oriented attitude of Ruchika and the pleasant behavior of Sohail.
This experience has elevated brand Fabindia in my eyes. Your staff at the Jaipur Malviya Nagar store were amazing!
